Accessing and Reporting Your CLEs

Click on the type of CLE bundle or subscription you have purchased for instructions on accessing your online CLEs and enrolling in live classes & webinars.

"All Access" Bundle

Instructions for Registering for Live Courses

  1. Click on “Live CLEs” in the main navigation
  2. Find the live CLE you wish to attend and click “Register”
  3. Complete the registration process
  4. In the “Promo Code” field, put the promo code that was included in your purchase confirmation email.  This will remove the payment field and you will be able to complete the registration process without payment.
  5. Click “Submit” and you are registered for the live class of your choice.
  6. This process must be repeated for any additional live classes you wish to attend.

Instructions for Registering for Webinars

  1. Click on “Login/Register” in the upper right hand corner of any page
  2. Enter your credentials (set up when you purchased the content)
  3. After logging in, click on “Webinars” or “All Day Webinars” in the main navigation
  4. Find the webinar you wish to register for and click “Register”
  5. Click “Add to Cart”. Your All-Access allows you to register for any webinar for free.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 if you would like to register for additional webinars during one transaction
  7. Complete the checkout process
  8. You will receive an email with a Zoom link. Use that link on the date of the webinar to join.

Instructions for Accessing Online Courses

  1. Click on “Login/Register” in the upper right hand corner of any page
  2. Enter your credentials (set up when you purchased the content)
  3. After logging in, click on “Online CLEs” in the main navigation
  4. Find the course you want to take and click “Add to Cart”
  5. Your All-Access pass allows you to purchase any course for free, but you will have to go through the checkout process in order to begin taking the course
  6. After you have added courses to your account, you can access them by selecting the dropdown arrow next to “My Account” in the main navigation and selecting “My Courses”

"Live + Online" Bundle

  1. Click on “Login/Register” in the upper right hand corner of any page
  2. Enter your credentials (set up when you purchased the content)
  3. After logging in, you will see all the online courses that are included in your bundle and you may start with any course you wish.

  1. Click on “Bundles” in the main navigation
  2. Navigate to the bundle you purchased and find the live CLE you wish to attend
  3. Click on the date of the live CLE
  4. Complete the registration process

  1. After purchasing your bundle you will receive an email with a Zoom link
  2. On the date of the webinar you selected, use the Zoom link to join the webinar

  4. Find the webinar you wish to register for and click “Register”
  5. Click “Add to Cart”. Your 1 Year Subscription allows you to register for any webinar for free for 1 year.

How On Demand Hours are Reported

Information on How We Report On Demand Hours

Our IT department pulls the on demand course completions from our website twice a month, around the 1st and the 15th (date depends on weekends and holidays).  We then report the hours within a few days of receiving that report.  Please note that providers always have 30 days from the completion date to report hours to state bar associations/CLE commissions.  The deadline attorneys have to complete their hours is not the same deadline for providers to report hours.

What States will We Report Completed On Demand Hours To

We will report hours to states that are provider report states that we had the CLE approved in prior to the beginning of the CLE.  We do not report to any state that we did not have the CLE approved in prior to the start of the CLE.  We can provide you a timed agenda if you want to request credit from a state we do not have a course approved in.  Provider report states that we currently offer on demand CLEs for are: AR, GA, IN, KS, LA, NC, NM, PA, SC, TN and UT.  Please note that not all on demand courses are available for credit in every one of these states.  Each listing displays the state that the course is approved in.
