This class is for all attorneys who experience stress and have considered packing it all in and joining a cruise ship as wait staff, in other words, all attorneys. The legal career is demanding, and many attorneys struggle coping with the stress. A recent survey showed that 80% of attorneys, if they had it to go over again, would pick a different profession. This class provides real help to attorneys in managing their stress. The idea is to become unplugged from the daily grinds and routines, if even for a brief moment, so that you can become plugged in to what really matters. This class teaches mindfulness techniques to help lawyers thrive not only in their practice, but their lives as well.
Instructions: To start this course please click on “Video 1”. The course is broken up into four 15 minute segments (for 1 hour courses) or four 30 minute segments (for 2 hour courses). You must complete each video segment in order to move on to the next. At some point in the video, there will be a passcode spoken and displayed on the screen, please write this passcode down, as you will need to enter it at the end of CLE to verify attendance.
