Wacky Cases, Part 1

**This class is NOT approved for live credit in Kansas or Missouri.  If you are looking for end of June credit in KS or MO, please visit our Webinar page.**

This class is part one of a two part series on the law behind the headlines. Is spilling coffee really the equivalent of winning the litigation lottery? Since the sitcom Seinfeld can be about nothing, does a lawsuit against Jerry Seinfeld have to be about something? Several notable cases have made headlines recently, such as the McDonalds hot coffee case, Hobby Lobby’s fight against the Affordable Care Tax, and Constanza v. Seinfeld. This class, for the general practitioner and any lawyer with a facebook account, examines the law behind the laughs. Because who knows, maybe one day you too might spill a hot beverage while watching a TV show, and you will want to know your rights!
